We’re excited to share some news about an improvement we’re making to your experience at Wellnest.

Starting February 17, we’re moving to a new electronic medical record (EMR) and patient portal. This is a big step forward in how you access your information and communicate with your care team.

What’s changing for you

Easier access to your information - You’ll be able to view bloodwork, ultrasound results, treatment details, and other records directly through the patient portal, anytime from your phone or browser.
Better communication with your care team - The new portal allows you to securely message your provider and care team in one place, so questions, updates, and requests are easier to manage and track.
Everything in one place - Appointments, messages, records, and balances are all centralized, creating a smoother, more organized experience throughout your care
More visibility and control - You’ll have clearer insight into your care plan and progress, helping you stay informed and supported at every step.

Treatment cycles beginning on or after February 17 will be managed entirely within the new system, and all new results and information from that date forward will live in the new patient portal. If you’ve completed treatment cycles with us prior to February 17, your historical records will remain available through our current system, and our team will continue to retrieve that information as needed for the foreseeable future.

This transition is about creating a better patient experience, with clearer communication, easier access to your information, and a more seamless way to stay connected with your care team.
