Camille Hart, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health partner at Wellnest, specializing in trauma, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and grief. Known for her compassionate, integrative approach, Camille brings a wealth of expertise and empathy to her work with clients navigating complex challenges, including fertility issues and betrayal trauma. She enhances her practice with holistic techniques, incorporating therapeutic yoga poses and sound healing into her sessions to help clients connect more deeply with their emotions and find effective, individualized coping strategies.
Camille earned her bachelor's degree in Family Studies from Weber State University and her master's degree in Social Work from Utah State University. A lifelong learner, she is currently working toward certifications in clinical yoga and Certified Clinical Partner Trauma Therapy (CPTT), which will further support her focus on betrayal trauma and fertility issues.
In addition to her work with Wellnest, Camille has extensive experience as a therapist and clinical director in various behavioral health settings, bringing both clinical rigor and a deep understanding of the therapeutic journey to her practice. In her free time, she enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and embracing the healing power of nature, always seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge of human behavior and well-being.
