Dr. Nastaran Foyouzi is the Medical Director at Wellnest in Ogden, where she brings over 20 years of specialized expertise in reproductive endocrinology and medical genetics. Her passion for fertility care stems from a deep desire to support individuals and families on their path to parenthood, a calling that has guided her throughout her career.

Dr. Foyouzi’s journey has taken her to leading fertility centers like Tree of Life, San Diego Fertility Center, and Kindbody, where she also served as Medical Director. Her academic contributions include faculty roles at the University of Michigan and Maimonides Medical Center, reflecting her commitment to advancing the field.

Board-certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and Human/Medical Genetics, Dr. Foyouzi received her training at prestigious institutions, including UCLA, UCSF, and Washington University in St. Louis. Fluent in Farsi and English, she is a respected author and expert dedicated to providing compassionate care to her patients.

On weekends, Dr. Foyouzi enjoys unwinding by cooking traditional Persian dishes, a cherished way to stay connected to her roots and share joy with family and friends.

Sarah has spent more than a decade of her nursing career supporting patients in Utah.

Sarah Nelson, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Wellnest Fertility in Ogden, Utah, with nearly a decade of experience in fertility and women’s health, including advanced reproductive techniques and early pregnancy care.
Sarah Nelson, WHNP-BC, is a dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Wellnest Fertility in Ogden, Utah, with nearly ten years of experience in fertility and women's health. Her passion for supporting women through their reproductive journeys began early in her career, where she found great fulfillment in helping patients navigate their paths to motherhood.

Before joining Wellnest, Sarah honed her skills at Utah Fertility Center, specializing in managing oral ovulation induction cycles, early pregnancy care, and advanced reproductive techniques. Her nursing journey also includes valuable experience in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and neonatal intensive care at Madison Memorial Hospital and Intermountain Healthcare.

Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from Duke University and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University - Idaho. She is actively involved in educating the next generation of nurse practitioners, having guest lectured on infertility management at Duke and served on the task force for the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health.

Outside of work, Sarah loves spending weekends hiking with her family and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Utah, which helps her stay grounded and connected to nature. Her commitment to providing compassionate, expert care makes her an invaluable part of the Wellnest team.

Megan Villarreal is the Patient Communications Director at Wellnest Fertility, where she plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for patients, offering a warm and supportive introduction to their fertility journey. With over five years of specialized experience in infertility consulting and case management, Megan’s passion for helping families achieve their dreams of parenthood drives her work every day. She is dedicated to ensuring that patients feel heard, informed, and cared for, from the initial consultation through to the joyous moment of birth.

Megan is committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends, using data management and analytics to continuously refine Wellnest Fertility’s communication strategies.

Outside of her work, Megan is an avid traveler who delights in exploring new cultures and cuisines. She finds joy in discovering new destinations and is always planning her next adventure, which fuels her creativity and keeps her connected to the world.

Heather brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience at the VA, Crossover Health, Parsley Health, and other highly trusted institutions.

Heather is a dedicated healthcare executive with extensive experience in behavioral health and wellness. Passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges, she specializes in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With a strong background in clinical supervision, program management, and patient advocacy, Heather is committed to improving access to quality health services and fostering a community of support and understanding. At Wellnest, she leverages her expertise to empower patients and ensure they receive the end-to-end fertility care they need and deserve.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Utah through hiking and camping. She also loves spending time with her family, practicing mindfulness, and engaging in community volunteer work, reflecting her commitment to well-being both professionally and personally.
Sunday Crider, PhD, HCLD/ELD (ABB)
Laboratory Director
Sunday is a leading expert in reproductive medicine and compassionate advocate for ethical surrogacy.

Sunday Crider, PhD, HCLD/ELD (ABB) is a renowned expert in reproductive medicine with over two decades of experience. She serves as the High Complexity/Embryo Laboratory Director at Wellnest Fertility and is the CEO of multiple organizations, including The Surrogacy Consultant and The FDA Consultants. Her work has helped create thousands of families through IVF, surrogacy, and reproductive tissue services. With a PhD in Cell Biology and Biochemistry, Sunday is also a committed advocate for ethical practices in the surrogacy community and a leader in FDA compliance for fertility laboratories.

On weekends, Sunday enjoys spending time on her farm, where she fosters horses and cares for a variety of other animals. She loves being outdoors, tending to her garden, and enjoying the tranquility of country life. Whether she’s rehabilitating a rescued horse, tending to her farm animals, or exploring nature with her children, Sunday finds joy and fulfillment in nurturing her animals and connecting with the natural world around her. This passion for caregiving reflects her compassionate approach both at home and in her professional life.

Camille Hart, LCSW
Mental Health Partner
Camille specializes in supporting women and men experiencing mental stress due to infertility.

Camille Hart, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health partner at Wellnest, specializing in trauma, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and grief. Known for her compassionate, integrative approach, Camille brings a wealth of expertise and empathy to her work with clients navigating complex challenges, including fertility issues and betrayal trauma. She enhances her practice with holistic techniques, incorporating therapeutic yoga poses and sound healing into her sessions to help clients connect more deeply with their emotions and find effective, individualized coping strategies.

Camille earned her bachelor's degree in Family Studies from Weber State University and her master's degree in Social Work from Utah State University. A lifelong learner, she is currently working toward certifications in clinical yoga and Certified Clinical Partner Trauma Therapy (CPTT), which will further support her focus on betrayal trauma and fertility issues.

In addition to her work with Wellnest, Camille has extensive experience as a therapist and clinical director in various behavioral health settings, bringing both clinical rigor and a deep understanding of the therapeutic journey to her practice. In her free time, she enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and embracing the healing power of nature, always seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge of human behavior and well-being.
