Dr. Sarah Bjorkman is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and board-certified OB/GYN. She completed her fellowship at the University of Iowa and her residency at Yale University, after earning her medical degree from Michigan State University.

While Dr. Bjorkman is experienced in all aspects of reproductive health, her particular interests include shared decision-making, egg freezing, PCOS, natural fertility and treatments, recurrent pregnancy loss, cost-effective care, reproductive surgery, and optimizing IVF success rates.

Dr. Bjorkman has published research on factors influencing embryo transfer success, screening of IVF pregnancies, third-party reproduction, endometriosis, and uterine anomalies.

Sarah Nelson, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Wellnest Fertility in Ogden, Utah, with nearly a decade of experience in fertility and women’s health, including advanced reproductive techniques and early pregnancy care.

Her passion for supporting women through their reproductive journeys began early in her career, where she found great fulfillment in helping patients navigate their paths to motherhood.

Before joining Wellnest, Sarah honed her skills at Utah Fertility Center, specializing in managing oral ovulation induction cycles, early pregnancy care, and advanced reproductive techniques. Her nursing journey also includes valuable experience in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and neonatal intensive care at Madison Memorial Hospital and Intermountain Healthcare.

Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from Duke University and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University - Idaho. She is actively involved in educating the next generation of nurse practitioners, having guest lectured on infertility management at Duke and served on the task force for the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health.

Outside of work, Sarah loves spending weekends with her family. Her commitment to providing compassionate, expert care makes her an invaluable part of the Wellnest team.

She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and a Bachelor of Science from Wittenberg University, blending a strong academic foundation with a patient-first approach to leadership.

Dedicated to creating a supportive and personalized experience for every patient, Hannah focuses on making fertility care approachable, transparent, and empowering. Her leadership centers on building systems and teams that prioritize compassion, clear communication, and exceptional outcomes.

Courtney serves as the Front End Revenue Cycle Lead with over seven years of experience in the fertility field, specializing in financial counseling and insurance navigation. She is dedicated to helping patients understand the financial aspects of fertility treatment by translating complex insurance benefits, coverage limitations, and treatment costs into clear, manageable plans.

Holding a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Education, Courtney combines strong operational knowledge with a patient-centered approach. She works closely with both patients and clinical teams to optimize front-end financial processes, improve transparency, and ensure patients feel confident making informed decisions about their care.

Known for her expertise in fertility financial workflows and commitment to accuracy and compassion, she strives to create a supportive and seamless financial experience from the first appointment forward.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys serving as a Girl Scout troop leader and volleyball coach, spending time with her husband and five children, and unwinding with a good book.

She serves as the High Complexity/Embryo Laboratory Director at Wellnest Fertility and is the CEO of multiple organizations, including The Surrogacy Consultant and The FDA Consultants. Her work has helped create thousands of families through IVF, surrogacy, and reproductive tissue services. With a PhD in Cell Biology and Biochemistry, Sunday is also a committed advocate for ethical practices in the surrogacy community and a leader in FDA compliance for fertility laboratories.

On weekends, Sunday enjoys spending time on her farm, where she fosters horses and cares for a variety of other animals. She loves being outdoors, tending to her garden, and enjoying the tranquility of country life. Whether she’s rehabilitating a rescued horse, tending to her farm animals, or exploring nature with her children, Sunday finds joy and fulfillment in nurturing her animals and connecting with the natural world around her.
